For her first home purchase, this young woman in her thirties dreamed of a warm, functional, and light-filled interior. HOJE STUDIO supported her from design to completion, rethinking every space to optimize her 40m² 1970s apartment. An open kitchen, a cleverly designed bathroom, custom storage solutions, and carefully chosen materials suited to her budget transformed this apartment into a true boho-chic cocoon, where every detail reflects her personality.

A family home redesigned with elegance and functionality

HOJE STUDIO supported a couple and their two children in transforming their 180 m² home into a warm and optimized space. After an initial refresh of the ground floor, blending contemporary touches with harmonious colors, the homeowners entrusted us once again to redesign the upper floor. Optimizing attic volumes, creating a refined master suite, renovating the children’s bedrooms, and brightening up a bathroom — a project where every detail was thoughtfully designed to combine comfort, aesthetics, and practicality.

For her first office, the client wanted a warm, natural space conducive to exchange and the well-being of her patients. HOJE STUDIO guided her choices by intelligently structuring the space and creating harmony inspired by nature: terracotta armchairs evoking the earth, a green wainscot adding a touch of greenery, and soft materials for a comforting atmosphere. The result is a space that reflects her personality, where she now welcomes patients in a serene and enveloping setting. A tailor-made project proving that every space, no matter how small, can become a soothing refuge.
